6.0 Refund & Return Policy Details

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 07 days from delivery date.
  • Product must be unused, uninstalled & in original condition.
  • Original packaging, manuals & accessories required.
  • Invoice or order confirmation mandatory.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to incorrect usage/installation
  • Used components or installed parts
  • Clearance/Final sale products

2. Defective or Damaged Products

Report within 24 hours with photos/videos. Replacement/repair/refund based on review.

3. Refund Process

  • Confirmation provided after inspection.
  • Refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges non-refundable unless due to our fault.

6.0 Cancellation Policy Details

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour if not processed/shipped.

2. How to Cancel

  • Email request
  • Phone call
  • Through Website Portal

3. Exceptions

  • Custom-made orders after production start
  • Digital products post delivery

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refund within 5–7 working days via original payment method.

5. If Order Already Shipped

Customer may return after delivery (refer refund policy above).
